My favorite restaurant in Moab. My grandsons love the pizza and salad and soup buffet. We come here every time we get into town.Our waiter Musa was exceptional!

Who would have thought that a honey chicken pizza would be delicious, but it is so good! We went back a couple days later because it was so good. The service is great too. We will, for sure, be back when we visit Moab again.

Good food. I had pasta. My wife had the BBQ burger. Both were great. Service was good too.

The food is always delicious and fresh here. This is a favorite local spot that we always eat at when in town. The staff is friendly and they have a great variety to choose from. I would highly recommend it!

Pretty good place after a long day of climbing on wall street. The roof patio is a chill fun atmosphere and their food is pretty great, your averagely great bar type foods along with good pizza, pasta, soup, and salad. I got the fish and chips last time and they were pretty bomb.

The pizza was fresh. We got the All you can eat buffet. It appeared fresh. The place was clean. Checked out women's restroom. Very clean. Will go again when in the area.

Not used to Utah alcohol laws, but the tavern side was chill. Good beer and wine selection with lots of local options. Quick service, decent food and prices, no complaints!

Our family loves salad so finding a spot with a decent salad bar was awesome! Some of us added the soup and pizza to it and then got to order they pizzas we wanted to see on the buffet! Others ordered entrees with the salad. Jax burger was awesome!

Good pizza and cocktails, our server Juan was great. We had the spinach dip , fried pickles, fettuccine with shrimp, steak penne, and Ramon pizza. They were all were good . I felt prices were high for pizza, but will go again when in Moab.

This place is okay. Their pizza isn’t all that great —pretty thick with a large soft crust. If that’s your thing, you’d probably like it. They do have an awesome variety of pizza and will make whatever you want fresh. Salad bars is pretty decent with a good selection. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. It felt a bit pricey for what you were getting, and the location felt a bit run down.Nevertheless, it wasn't horrible, and still enjoyed what we ate. Easy parking off the main street in the lot behind, and overall good experience.

Good pizza, family friendly place. Salad bar was also pretty decent. The pepperoni, bacon, jalapeño pizza was excellent.Five stars.

We went for the valentine's special. The waiter, bartender were very friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks. We recommend this place.

We loved our experience tonight! Esther,, the server, was friendly and one step ahead all night (including bringing out kid-proof water as soon as we sat down). The portions were massive and we especially liked the steamed veggies. Great local restaurant!

The service and food were pretty good. My son tried the gyro which was the special, he said it was pretty decent.

Tuesday June 18th review. Great pizza, fries was crisp and good. Wings was good . The zac burger is awesome. My only complaint is the cook obviously does not understand some pink means some pink as the burger was cooked all the way. Our waitress Maria did a great job and also offered to take my burger back but I refused to allow her but to be fair she did offer. All kinds of pizza on the buffet, good experience overall and would eat here again.Had my burger been cooked correctly I would given a 5 star review. Cooking a burger with some pink is not that difficult to achieve. I was not charged for my burger so that was awesome.

The local is opposite to our hotel and is very big so you don't have too much problems if you need to find a seat. The service is fast and good and the waiter is very kind. The food is good and the portions are very big. Looking at what we eat and the quantity the price is not so high.

Oh my, the food here is ah-mazing!!! And believe it or not, the service even better. A fantastic choice for food that matches the awesomeness of Moab. Everyone is our group was pleased with their choice of food.

The cheeseburger and sweet potato fries were tasty. Good efficient service. On another visit I may have to try their wood fired pizza. One can get all you can eat pizza and salad bar for about $15 per person. It sure looked and smelled good.

Not only was the pizza great, but Sapphire went above and beyond to help our family. We are moving across the country and I have a little daughter with severe food allergies, making eating out difficult. Sapphire made sure there was something yummy for my daughter to eat, making our trip so much better! Thank you Zax!!

Love this place! Summer has the outdoor patio with misters or you can eat indoors. I prefer the service at the bar...no kids and fantastic service. Love the fish and chips and every pizza I have had here. They make a great dirty martini, have a nice selection of beer and the service is tops. I go every time I am in town!

Loved it. Great place to chill some tired bones with some good grub.My server had a pet peeve about star use. He seemed a bit flustered if anybody asked for one. But this wasn't a deal breaker.

Really great place and the food & service was off the charts. We ate up on the upper outdoor deck and loved the Mist, it really cooled things down. I had the pulled pork and Nan was it awesome. Will be back as soon as we pass through again.

Your standard sports bar in the center of town. Nothing is exceptional, but you know what you're going to get. All that being said, I still feel like my $15 Cobb salad is just a few $$ too pricey. But again, location,...

Zax Pizza is a great place for dinner! My family and I went there and were not disappointed. When we are visiting Arches it is one of our favorite places to go. I really liked the margherita pizza we had, and would recommend it to anyone lookin for something light! :)

Our waitress Tara was wonderful! Very attentive and making sure we had everything we needed! Fantastic experience!

Good food. Dana was our waitress. She was super friendly. Fast service. But no pressure to hurry. Very pleasant atmosphere.

This Local Restaurant has a lot to offer. Foods are really tasty, yummy, delicious...! The best Crispy onion rings in Town! Amd Margarita is very refreshing.. lemony taste and sweet with little margarita :-) friendly people and great service!

Had a great steak and penne meal. Great service. Welcoming atmosphere. Went there to watch the game. Had a great time and there were some other tables who all seemed to have a good time.

Had the all you can eat pizza, soup and salad. Salad had a fair selection. Only two soups to choose from and it looked like they had been there awhile. Pizza was mediocre at best.

Mediterranean plate = yum. Hubs had chicken alfredo and it looked just divine. Great upstairs outdoor areaooking out over the town and beyond.

A must go to. My wife and i try and make it here at least 4 times a year (were from south Colorado). Great fresh salad bar, amazing pizza, and friendly staff!

What a fantastic place to eat! We just enjoyed a delicious meal with three picky kids. There was about a half hour wait at 6:30 pm on a Monday night. There was plenty of seating while we waited The beer was cold, the food was hot, the service was excellent, the place was hopping. Brandon was our waiter and he seriously ran his butt off. We ordered a steak, pizza, a wrap, a burger and wings. We were all completely satisfied and stuffed when we left. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that visits Moab. Extra bonus: the bathrooms were clean AND nice!

The best way to end a day of hiking! We there starving and wanted nothing more than drinks and a good meal. But it was so much more than that! The build have with awesome burning log feature out front that just draws you in. Every thing yells country, there are even saloon swinging doors in some areas, the bathrooms are well kept. The drinks were some of the best I’ve ever had. Ribs were melt off the bone, steak not only perfectly cooked, but amazing quality. The butter for our rolls was already warm so we didn’t have to wait for it to warm up. Our waitress was nice and on top of things, the manager even walked by and we ended up having a fun conversation with her about who was playing that night. I will stop there every time I visit Moab!

If I were asked to take a tour group of foreign nationals to an "American Restaurant", this would be on the list. Straight forward offerings of American food and all-you-can eat pizza/salad & soup. No negatives but nothing to knock your socks off. Overall a safe bet if traveling with a group or family as everyone will find something they'll like (unless you're vegan, and then you're SOL). One positive was that food came out super fast; even items off the menu came out so quickly that most customers were surprised at the speed.

We went here an hour before closing and got the all you can eat pizza/salad/soup. The food was okay, but they only brought out one fresh pizza within an hour. I'm sure it would be great closer to the dinner rush. Otherwise, we loved the outdoor covered seating and location.

One of my favorite places to eat in Moab. The food is good but it is pretty pricey. I assume it's because it's a tourist town but $60 for 3 people is a bit much. Still great food and service.

Lots of places to sit both inside and outside. Fills up fast on weekends with festivals so be prepared for a wait if you show up past 1130. If weather is cooperating, the upstairs outside dining room is a great place for large groups. The all-you-can eat salad and pizza bar is a great deal, especially for picky kids who love pizza. Bar area is 21 and older only. Don't forget to give some love to the petrified tree in the entryway on your way in and out.

The all you can eat pizza is a pretty epic deal. Tons of local brew choices as well. Friendly staff as well. It's the perfect place to stop after hiking all day in the park!

We're on our way to Boise Idaho and stopped in Moab Utah for food, saw a burning tree and it looked local Soo we decided to stop, they didn't have steak so I got a double cheeseburger, son got pizza, hubby got a walkabout Burger..... They forgot my lettuce but the taste, the food was amazing and the price was affordable and if I'm ever in town again I'm going back, if you live there and haven't eaten there....Go eat, it's delicious 🖤

Great place for pizza. They have a pizza bar you just tell them what kind of pizza you like they'll make it and put it in open face fire grill oven, then chow down. Really great atmosphere here too!

Pickle fries, onion rings, and sweet potato fries! Family loved the food and look at how thick those bacon slices are.

We had an excellent personal pizza and a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Absolutely delicious and great service! Theres a larger parking lot for larger vehicles and those with trailers around back. Don't hesitate stopping at Zax.
